Bring your baby with you to class! If your baby is big enough to be in school you are still welcome to join us baby free. Please remember to bring a mat/towel (all of our classes involve working on mummy tummy at the end of class - you will need a mat/towel to lay on). Please wear layers as you may get warm and need to remove sweatshirts etc. Bundle up babies and they will be happy for some fresh air!
